Please respect those you encounter here. Everyone here is trying to heal the effects of past trauma. All discussion and chat rooms are here for everyone to heal. Those who are not yet able to be respectful towards others may be banned.

Discussion of trauma is encouraged here. But unnecessary or glorified graphic descriptions of violence and/or sex acts may be cause for removal of privileges on this site.

The Healing and Community Principles are used as guides for conduct on this website. In general, any obvious and deliberate violation of any principle may be cause for removal of privileges on this site.

No one here is a therapist.  Only you can decide what is right for you.

At any time, for any reason, and without notice, Vital Cycles reserves the right to change or remove any member’s access.
